Welcome to the website of the Researcher to Reader Conference. This is the successor event to the annual conferences formerly hosted by the Association of Subscription Agents & Intermediaries (ASA).
The Researcher to Reader Conference aims to be the premier forum for discussion of the international scholarly content supply chain – bringing knowledge from the Researcher to the Reader.
The conference continues to take place in London in February each year, starting in 2016, and with the support of the academic publishing community, it will continue to thrive in its new incarnation.
The future events are being managed by Mark Carden, who was the conference planning committee chairman for the ASA Conferences in 2013, 2014 and 2015. This will ensure both continuity with the past and a positive momentum for the future. Our new organisation is grateful for the support provided by the ASA and its former members in enabling this transition, preserving this excellent event.
The February 2016 Conference was very successful with a highly-regarded programme and record numbers of delegates. The programme for the 2017 event will be announced in October 2016, when registration for the event will open. The planned 2017 Conference dates are 20 & 21 February 2017 – please make a note of these in your schedule.
